We offer a range of apprenticeships, so there is something for everyone. Within our last group of apprentices who started in September 2022 we had a wide variety of roles in Business Development, IT, Performance, and Service Planning.

Earning while learning best describes what an apprenticeship with TransPennine Express has to offer, plus through the 2-year programme you will get the opportunity to work within other departments of your choice. An apprenticeship is a paid job where you learn a specific set of skills relevant to the role and achieve a nationally recognised qualification at the end of it. As an apprentice with us, you’ll be doing a real role, taking on responsibility and learning new skills from day one. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll gain a wealth of experience as well as job specific skills.
