Who are we looking for?

As a Data Project Manager, you'll take a leading role delivering a portfolio of projects to improve our CRM capability and use of customer data. You will work closely with colleagues at TPE, industry partners, and suppliers to achieve this. We are looking for someone with the ability to push projects forward and manage a complex set of suppliers and systems.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the implementation of a roadmap of CRM enhancements
  • Become an expert in interrogating and deriving insight from our customer data
  • Manage the logic and business rules for any new automated developments
  • Ensure all data is handled in compliant manner (GDPR)

What skills/experience is required?

You will have 4+ years' experience as a project manager. Experience with CRM and customer data is a plus, but not required. We welcome candidates from outside of rail or the transport sector. You'll be excited at the prospect of taking ownership of our project roadmap. You'll have a good Degree in Business, Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or Technology, or another subject that demonstrates analytical and quantitative thinking. Good communication and organisational skills are a must. You'll have at least a foundational knowledge of data protection regulations.  You'll be good with people and great in a team – a natural when it comes to collaboration.
