An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Operations Department, reporting to the Head of Operational Change we are looking for someone who have a passion for developing people and making improvements. The role of Operational Change Manager will help develop and support the delivery of the TPE Driver Training Strategy. Working Closely with the Head of Operational Change and the Regional Heads of Drivers, you will develop, maintain and provide reporting information on all Driver related training line with Operational Business Plans, by offering practical planning support, ensuring sufficient competent resources are trained to enable key Timetable Changes, and significant Infrastructure change projects such as TransPennine Route Upgrade (TRU).
Roles and responsibilities
- The Operational Change Manager is responsible for the Planning and development of Driver training programs
- Operational Change Manager may also be tasked with developing training materials, creating presentations, facilitating discussions, and other related duties
- Operational Change Manager may be tasked with developing reports on progress of Driver Training Programmes across the business
- Operations Change Manager may be tasked with leading cross functional meetings related to Driver Training
- Weekend work and out of hours is required within this role
- Travelling the TPE network and supporting training activities across TPE locations
- There is an On-call requirement with this role
